The nesting bird photos were shot with an old Nikon D50 DSLR with a Nikon 80-200mm f2.8 lens. The other photos were shot with Canon D10 waterproof, and Canon S95.

Hi Casey. You may not remember me – A good friend of Chip Evans. I just stumbled on your site today and I’ve managed to read nearly everything. Great photos too!
Funny, I’ve fished off of John’s Doc there, one evening he let a friend and I occupy a room while he was away. We were fishing with John Pilmer that time. He lives a few houses down.
Unfortunately I live far away from all that Texas greatness, and not that close to any other. Anyway, I wrote a photoblog for a short time. Your site is a better version of that what was.

Great photos Casey. What camera did you use for the shots of the nesting birds?
Thanks Mark.

Hello Mike!
Sure, I remember you. As I recall we last visited at Troutfest in Sattler a few years back.
Glad you like the site. I’ll be adding more soon. I remember your website and your photography. You had some good shots on there.
Best of luck in Chile!
Take care,
Casey
